Introducing the new for 2019 CEG sire “We Need More”

We always save the best for last and this year we are extremely excited to present one of the most intriguing bulls we were able to find anywhere in the country this year!! In 2014 we sold a Comfort Zone heifer to the Pryor family of Iowa that went on to be a many time champion for them in the show ring but we always knew she had the potential to produce game changing offspring!! In the FIRST set of ET calves born out of her she hit an absolute home run with Pryor’s U Need Me bull who complimented her phenotype perfectly!! Ladies and gentleman this is the kind of sire that pushes the boundaries when we talk about making better cattle in general that are clean of genetic defects yet still have all the extras as if he was dirty!! The industry needs pedigrees that offer some outcross capabilities without sacrificing quality to clean up the cow herd base that has been changed so much from the times where we had true consistency!! Simply put…”We Need More” livestock that can be dual purpose for the show industry but also in terms of real world value to the beef industry and it starts with quality over quantity!!

Introducing the new for 2019 CEG sire “Well Played”

He is the resulting genetics of a mating from our up and coming PB Angus calving ease sire “Play It Safe” to the many time champion “Zoey” donor that was sold by CEG!! Here is proof that quality genetics can produce big results in the first year of production!! This low birthweight bull has an incredible amount of growth and performance along with a ton of mass and volume all wrapped into an eye appealing and structurally sound package!! We are excited to show everyone what he can offer from a maternal aspect but also as an option to use on first calf heifers!!

He’s not new for 2019 but this photo is!! Majority Rules has continued to exceed our expectations and mature into an even more impressive sire with time!! It is not often you can find a club calf bull with this kind of performance and structural integrity that can offer longevity. We are more than excited to see his first offspring hit the ground this spring and encourage everyone to see just how impressive he is in person!!
